VoIP Gateway

TeleQuest offers turnkey VoIP gateways which receives analog voice/fax calls from the PSTN, encode and compress them for sending as data over worldwide networks.  Gateways also receive IP calls, and convert them for sending through the PSTN.  Least Cost Routing functionality determines the method by which the call is routed (over IP or other method) based on the destination of the call.

IP Phone

An IP phone looks and operates just like a regular phone, but is designed to work with VoIP Gateways to call directly through wide area networks or the Internet.  Destination number is dialled as usual but the call is routed over IP, resulting in significant long distance savings.  Superior voice quality and convenience over microphone and speakers/headset.
